Talk to your doctor: Have you taken anything for this? I don't know how old you are, but you should speak to your own primary care doctor or your gynecologist if you have one. Often there are medications you can take before your symptoms start that may help, such as ibuprofen or naproxen. Some girls and women go on a birth control pill to regulate the hormonal levels, which can help. Call your doctor, who can help.
