Im 31, last night spiked temp on and off up to 38.3. felt weak and shaky but it self resolved when i got home from work right eyelid became slow to react and speech came out jumbled then everything was fine after about 5 minutes should i be worried?

Yes, you should see a doctor as it may have been a TIA, transient ischemic attack, so you need to get your BP checked. Also you need to have a Covid test to exclude. Good Luck
