Get help: From a psychologist or counselor who treats stress after you get a medical checkup. Your body is giving you strong signals to make changes. Sometimes you can eliminate or change the stressor. Sometimes you have to change your thoughts & perceptions of the situation. It's always helpful to learn stress management & relaxation skills.
