Hearing loss should be addressed by seeing an ENT physician. Sudden hearing loss may be seen with excessive cerumen ("ear wax") deposits covering tympanic membrane, but using "Q-tips" is not advised as puncture of drum can occur.

I would assume you have been thoroughly evaluated by a otologist or an ENT doctor but all treatments have failed. Do you mean PRP as Platelet Rich Plasma ? If yes, I have not heard about therapy for hearing loss with PRP.
