Depends: This is a difficult question to answer. Some hearing loss is due to damage to the inner ear and there is no good medical treatment. Other hearing loss is due to obstruction of the ear canal, damage to the eardrum or middle ear and there can be medical or surgical treatments for this. You need to see an ENT doctor and have an exam and hearing test. There may be some help for you.
