Did this occur before or after you received bicillin? If this occurred more than 24 hours after you received your benzathine penicillin (Bicillin) shot, there was no risk of transmission. If it happened within 24 hours, or before the Bicillin, s/he must be informed and receive preventive treatment with Bicillin. The chance of transmission through clothing is very low, but maybe not zero.

If there was no penetration and the area of contact had no breach of skin -then no. But that is a very risky behavior. I would suggest you wait to get your treatment finished and confirm that you are neg before having sex of any kind with someone
