I have a small, painless, pea size, semi hard bump on the inside of my nose cartilage. i tend to foolishly pluck nose hairs that get too long. i presume this is an ingrown hair from plucking? concerns? serious? recommendations on treating? thanks?

You may watch and wait. If the lesion subsides in a couple of weeks, it may have been folliculitis. If it persists, gets bigger, ulceates, bleeds or other lumps appear, see a doctor.
