A bacterial infection in the nasal passage should not be taken lightly. Both topical & oral antibiotics would be my recommendation if findings suggest an early boil. Hot clean water ( not too hot) compresses for 10 minutes, pat dry and apply the antibiotic cream& See your physician or ENT specialist.
