What is the lump i have below my collar bone ? i just noticed it yesterday and have no idea where it came from. i don't work out or lift anything heavy. it's about an inch wide and it looks circular. its not really pain but i know its there. help pls?

It may be a Lymph node and it will probably disappear. You may have a scratch on the skin which had got a minor infection and drained into the node. If it persists see your doctor. Good Luck
