Ive noticed a lump just above my right collar bone. it protrudes when push my shoulders back and almost looks like a muscle as its quite firm. its not at all sore but just wondering if its something to be concerned about. ?

Lump: LUmp. I would expect a lump like that to be painful if it is a muscle problem. Given you just noticed the lump and it is persistent. I would have your provider take a look at it.
