R/O DVT ER EVAL!: Although it is unusual you can have DVT(deep venous thrombosis ) = blood clot in this area. Or an aneurysm(dilated blood vessel) in either case I would recommend prompt ER evaluation for Ultrasound or MRA of the area to define the problem. Since the mass feels pusatile , less likely a lymph node or lipoma. Seek ER evaluation promptly! You will also need a full clotting work up.
