Im 26 yrs 1st time mom (20 months baby)who still breastfeeding.but yesterday morning i found a small lump above my breast below the collar bone& hurt.

WOW: My wife stopped at 13 months and i thought wow. As with my wife and son your baby is not getting anything at this point from the breast feeding except comfort assuming a regular solid food diet so it is time to stop. That said assuming there is no history in your family of malignancy i would see my obgyn to have it checked and proceed from there.
