Cigarette smoking can lead to lung and other cancers, can cause COPD, is a potential risk factor for MS, and secondary brain malfunction can occur in all of these. The combination of nicotine, alcohol, and "weed", can all result to adverse outcomes if abused. In your case, suggest you contact your physician, and engage in avoidance of all of these items to optimize future cognitive health.
