Talk to ur doc abt : The many options available to assist with smoking cessation. Some include medication to assist with craving. Nicotine replacement gum, nicotrol (nicotine patch) inhaler, support groups, quit dates, motivational interviewing & more! Find the solution that works for you (doesn't have to be the patch) & go for it! Your whole body will thank u for it!
