Dealing with outbreaks of stinging skin along with rash/internal burning/and itching. derm and allergist had no solutions(waiting for endocrinologist test results) my suspicions are towards a nerve problem or prickly heat(less likely). thoughts?

Sorry, with these limited information we could not think much of anything else if both dermatologist and allergist could not make the diagnosis. I will be surprised that dermatologist gave up without a skin biopsy.

Of the rash is along the ribs or on the face - it could be Shingles. This answer assumes you had Chicken pox (varicella) at a younger age. A short course of antiviral medication may be indicated.
