A member asked:

When does cresmasteric reflex happen , my cord of one testicle gets coiled when i get up or do some activity , doesnt give me pain , is it due to cresmasteric reflex?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

cremasteric reflex is a protective reflex- when the cremasteric muscle in the scrotum contracts and makes it tighter pushing the testicle towards the groin. It can be activated by touch near the scrotum.. so what you describe is normal.
