A member asked:

6y/o just diagnosis with jra. both her knees both feet and both ankles (6 joints) what kind of jra does she have and what's the chance of out growing it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Polyarticular: This is polyarticular jra which means there are more than 4 joints involved. In this form of jra about 50% of patients have their disease resolve spontaneously and the other half require long term control with medications.
