Appointment for iui in 72 hours, but got a positive lh test now. should i cancel iui as clinic does not open on the weekend and iui was planned on monday? or can iui be done 72 hours after positive home ovulation test?

Ovulation usually occurs 1-2 days after a LH surge so Monday could be too late. You better postpone the procedure but you should try to contact your GYN first for the final decision.
