Agree: with those values for pulmonary htn and la size, there is no need for concern, especially if you are asymptomatic and do not have valvular heart disease. it seems that these findings were most likely detected by echo and I would recommend repeating an echo in several years to see if there are any changes or sooner if symptoms of shortness of breath occur.
