A member asked:

Is eye pressure at 22 something to worry about if there is no family history of glaucoma? and the internet said certain foods can raise/lower eye pressure, is this correct?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Since normal range is often between 12-22 mm Hg, your pressure would be borderline, and should be followed by an opthalmologist. Doubtful that your dietary intake is responsible for your measured intra-ocular pressure readings.
