Lymphadenopathy typically signals some kind of localized infection. In neck it can indicate infection in throat, mouth, sinus or ear. If this has been going on for 10 weeks, an in person exam and some basic labs may reveal the problem. Pulsating mass in neck could be a number of things- In person exam vital.
