My ACE 173.00 and B2M 3.20 blood tests where elevated...does this mean sarcoidosis or cancer? My Doctor thought maybe low grade lymphoma. I have swollen lymph nodes in chest and stomach, some spleen lesions. Thank you for any information?
Inactive sarcoidosis w/enlarged lymph nodes, but nodes have grown 3mm more...Is this an indication that sarcoidosis is active again?
