Probably.: Cannot tell with just one reading, if concerned, need to have your physician monitor you and check you for other health issues. Start treatment, diet and exercise if you must.

Unknown. : A random blood sugar number is not diagnostic. Your ha1c is a better indicator as are your bmi, fasting blood sugar, postprandial glucose levels. Insulin levels and glucose tolerance testing. You need to see your doctor for an appropriate work up.
