I want to increase my height now i am 5.6cm.as of past 3 weeks i am taking rite hite tablets and i am skipping maximum 500. please suggest i want to increase height?

Before you spend money on useless junk you should have an x-ray of your wrist/hand. It can be assessed for growth centers. If they are closed as most would be in a 19 yo you have stopped growing taller. No meds/diet/exercise or other endeavor can make you taller if the growth centers are closed. If open, a well balanced diet/rest & normal exercise help you reach your tallest.
