Clip the hairs: Clip the hairs above the bumps with scissors(not shave) and wash the area with phisoderm or hibiclens to keep the bacterial skin count down to a minimum. The hair follicle bumps(flolliculitis) will usually go away on the labia and pubic mound(mons veneris). If they persists see the md.
