Keratosis pilaris: The small itchy white spots may be keratosis pilaris which is a benign skin disease. Try using 14percent Lactic Acid if you can buy it over the counter, otherwise see a dermatologist.

My almost three year old has developed very small, flesh colored bumps all over his back. Look a lot like keratosis pilaris which he has on his arms and thighs like myself, but some of these bumps are clustered, others are not. not itchy. not red.
