May be okay: You might need to wait a few more days to see if you'll get your cycle. Typically, even missing a few pills on the pack, you'll get a cycle at the end of the month. If there are other issues going on, problems with your thyroid, or pituitary, then the pill cycle might not provoke a menstrual cycle. Kariva is a great pill, i would just keep taking as recommended.
