A member asked:

Sometimes my resting hr falls below 60bpm (usually between 53-57) but my only exercise comes from my workplace which is physical, fast paced 3-4 hours 6 days/wk and does work up a bit of a sweat but still im not an athlete so is this hr concerning?

You should know your resting heat rate the calculate how much it changes from that. 10=12 beats difference with no irregularity can occur normally. But if you have any doubts best is to have your MD check you out. I think you will be OK
