I trust you're checking your BP a few times a day to determine whether you're experiencing too low a BP or whether you're having side effects from the medication. Only with this information will you be able to work this out with your MD.

Pl see your prescriber and tell her/him so that another medicine for your B.P. may be used. At 32yrs it is unusual to have high blood pressure unless there is a specific reason. so I hope that has been investigated. You should be OK once these are addressed.
