Probably not: Those are not typical symptoms of food poisoning, which would be nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, possibly fever and chills. Sausage breakfast sandwiches are not the healthiest, but I'm not sure I can blame it for all those symptoms, especially the tingly arms. What else is going on with you? Do other foods, especially fatty foods, cause nausea? Check it out with your doctor.
