What do you suggest if i am 16 and 5'6 and i really want to be 5'8 - 5'9 because i dream of being a model. is there anyway i could grow to be this tall in the next few years?

Probably not: You generally stop growing within a year after you start having periods. There are plenty of models who are 5'6" so no need to let go of your dream. Do, however, make sure you get a good education and have many choices in life because what you want may change over time as your brain goes through the complex maturation ahead of you.
