I have a 16 year old sister. she's short so she's been dreaming of becoming taller. what are the effective ways to make her dream come true?

Depends on situation: If your sister has been growing consistently but in the shorter range, there are few chances for her to gain much height. Most girls can expect about 2 to 2 &1/2 inches after their periods start before the growth centers fuse & they don't get taller. I take it that wearing heals remains fashionable , though sometimes not practical in some settings.
