Likely, your family members suffer from food poisoning. If you have no symptom at all, you probably did not eat the same foods. If you have some nausea but no vomit, you may eat that poisoned food less than others but diarrhea will eventually occur. Vomit after food poisoning alleviates prolonged abdominal discomfort but diarrhea is almost always happening next.

The commonest causes of nausea, vomiting & diarrhea are viral intestinal tract infection or,as has been stated, by Dr. Le, food poisoning. Both resolve on their own after a few days. Drink lots of room temperature water or gatorade, Flat ginger ale helps to settle nausea. After several bowel movements you can then take kaopectate or imodium if watery movements don't improve. Notify MD as needed.
