Hyperovulation can’t be easily detected using ovulation kits. The only way to tell for sure if you’re hyperovulating is through an ultrasound. A sign of hyperovulation could also be more white, stretchy vaginal discharge.

No, a high level of Progesterone in the luteal phase is normal. With pregnancy, progesterone levels will stay up for more than 14 days after ovulation. Even before it is time for a pregnancy test, in cycles where a pregnancy will occur, progesterone levels are higher than nonpregnant cycles. Hyper ovulation rarely occurs unless you are being treated with fertility drugs.
