Testing Progesterone, LH, & Estrogen daily w/home urine test. PdG ranged 5.3-12.6 ug/ml before LH spike. Has remained over 30 ug/ml after LH spike. No bbt rise. Are these values (pre and post LH spike) too high for ovulation to occur? Currently CD26?

Less 10,000 cfu/mL Gram Negative Rods on urine culture. symptoms urge to pee constantly, blood in urine and painful. I had also taken two macrobid before the culture, could this result in lower bacteria?
