Why do my the palms of my hands get super warm when i am stressing and anxious?

I would attribute this palmar erythema to hormones released by stress causing dilation of the blood vessels of the palms. This is somewhat similar to blushing of the face.

Part of the sympathetic nervous system response to stress. Some sweat profusely on hands and others do not. Ask your relatives if they have similar response.
