Raynauds: There is a condition called raynaud's syndrome that may do what you are describing.It is generally benign, but can be annoying. The true cause is not always clear.Call your doctor.

You may have: A condition called raynaud's disease or syndrome. A vasospasm of the smaller blood vessels occurs where the blood flow gets temporarily interupted during the spasms leaving the hands and feet cold as the blood is not flowing properly. Color changes are evident as well.
