I have an excema type of rash on the back of my hand that seems to be exacerbated by stress. it get extremely itchy and tingly and if i scratch it it can start to ooze. then it clears after a while and then will start up again. ?

Eczema: Always best to look at a rash to confirm. You can do a video enhanced visit to help with this. In general this type of rash is similar to an atopic dermatitis (allergy in the skin) or a reaction to to an irritant chemical, soap, fragrance etc. Steroid creams usually help control the symptoms as well as avoiding things that irritate the skin.
