If you take letrozole/clomid, can you ovulate more than one egg with natural lh surge or does it only happen with hcg trigger shot?

Treatment of infertility with Letrozol/Clomid may result in spontaneous ovulation, however the timing of this with planned intercourse is variable. An HCG "trigger shot" provides a more reliable "window" for potential pregnancy with planned insemination or sexual activity.
