If you take Letrozole/Clomid, can you ovulate more than one egg with natural LH surge or does it only happen with HcG trigger shot?
Miscarriage 31.08. Last period 29.09. Now 8 days late. No symptoms for PMS or pregnancy. Negative hcg blood work 3 days ago and HPT this morning. Gyno says I ovulated ~ 11.10, period should come now. It's never been late. I worry something is wrong?
