This does not sound like a healthy habit, with risks of infection as well as questions of proper hygiene. Please consult with a gastroenterologist (or GI doctor). Hopefully, they may be able to help you get to the root cause of the constipation, and provide options that may help relieve it. Good luck to you!

To avoid constipation - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
