Find pedi GI doc: Your kid will need to work with a Pedi GI doc and his/her support staff. If incontinence remains an issue they may need to teach her to do scheduled clean outs every morning & wear a diaper during school. Over time some will learn to empty well without an enema, but chronic constipation must be resolved first.
