Today i was going to grab something and i felt a little pain in the palm of my hand like under one of my fingers. when i touched to see the place exactly i felt like a pea size ball ,it doesn't show just felt when touched. what can it be?

A ganglion cyst at the base of the finger on the palm side is typically peasized. It may be tender if pressed. A physician or hand surgeon would have to examine it to make a diagnosis and advise you.
