How "hard" is a cancerous testicle? i only have 1 testicle and it (i think) increased just a little in size, not sure about the hardness, when im standing its a little hard but when im sitting its softer,feel very small feeling in it, will go doctor?

A cancerous growth in a testicle is usually rock hard. It can be the size of a pea or marble. Your description doesn't seem to fit the diagnosis but , for peace of mind, have your physician examine an advise you.
