Got covid-19 a month ago, still having diarrhea issues to this day. tried to up my fiber intake and water intake. not much improvement, currently taking prozac and methylphenidate. any tips to fix?

Would revise current meds with prescribing doc as they both can cause diarrhea as side effects. If you had antibiotics around infection time, work up for diarrhea may be needed.

Agreed with Dr.SP but I also want to add that some patients with mild infection recover relatively quickly (eg, within two weeks) & some patients with severe disease have a longer time to recovery (eg, two to three months), so u should be getting better in another 4-6 weeks or maybe sooner, should avoid juices & sodas and start taking probiotics, it may help.
