COVID 19: No specific medications. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.

Supportive care: Your husband needs aggressive supportive care with bedrest, fluids & good nutrition. Fresh water & tea are good for fluid intake. A daily high quality multiple vitamin is a good idea. Acetaminophen as directed may help. There is no specific med which can eradicate Covid. So monitor your husbands symptoms carefully & if he falls into distress with a high fever &/or breathing difficulties call 911!
