Depends: Ideally i like to see the HCG level down to zero so yours should be down probably within a few days. It is difficult to predict when will the period return after a miscarriage could range from a couple to a few weeks but yes maybe this is the period coming over however if abnormal discharge persists see your doctor to rule out other reasons.
