65 male stinging torso skin pain after every luke warm shower. my body is relatively clean, don't scrub extra hard, after every luke warm sh my front torso, & arm skin from shoulder down to wrist s tings for 30mins, lotion doesn't help, dove soap use?

If your shower removes skin oils, the skin can become dry,tight and quite uncomfortable. While your skin is somewhat moist after light towelling following the shower, try rubbing in a moisturizing cream to lock in skin oils. Always use a skin moisturizer while your skin is still damp or moist after washing.
