Your PCP can better advise, since they write direct referral. The reason for the sleep study should be clearly determined. Do you have daytime sleepiness, trouble falling asleep and/or snoring? Watch for these signs and feeling tired upon awakening. Nasal symptoms may be addressed with allergy testing, nasal saline and/or nasal steroids as indicated and discussed with your PCP.
