No, it is not always, especially at your age. Just see your doctor for a breast exam for your complete reassurance but should not worry too much in the mean time. Take care.

A dimple per se is not diagnostic of breast cancer. If the dimple has been stable and has not gotten bigger or deeper, you do not need to be concerned. Wish you good health!
